Courtney Nall

Global Learning Partner/Coach/Regional President, HBA Southwest Marketing & Communications

Courtney Nall is a 21-year veteran of the pharmaceutical industry. She currently serves as a Global Learning Partner for the Novartis Institute for Biomedical Research (NIBR). Here she collaborates with scientists to build the capabilities needed to support strategies that bring innovative medicines to patients. To help bring learning solutions to NIBR, she partners with functions to develop a learning plan that aligns with the functional strategy and goals, focus on advancing scientific projects, diagnose organizational capability gaps and identify, develop and implement global learning solutions.

Courtney began her career with Novartis Animal Health before transitioning to Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Her career has progressed from front-line sales to training, and on to management. In 2018 Courtney completed a marketing rotation at the Novartis global headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. Courtney was able to draw upon her depth of knowledge in the U.S. marketplace to lead decision-making in marketing strategy for the worldwide salesforce.

Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University. She is currently a doctoral student at Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California focusing on Organizational Change and Leadership with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2024. In 2001, Courtney became a member of MENSA, the largest and oldest high IQ society in the world. A consummate benefactor and patron, Courtney devotes her time to causes that positively impact the world around her. As a chair and member, Courtney actively supports the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, and the Army Scholarship Foundation, has served as the Luncheon Chair for KidneyTexas, and is currently the Regional President of Marketing and Communications for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Southwest Region. Having competed in marathons and ultramarathons around the globe, Courtney can often be found running around White Rock Lake in Dallas, TX with the support of her husband, Andrew, and four-legged supporters, Hardy, Opus, and Wagner.
