You can’t put a price on the love of a pet. But even the very best pet owners sometimes struggle to pay for important pet care and vet services. Through our Russell H. Perry Pet Resource Center, we are keeping pets and their people together so all animals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area will have safe, loving homes.
The SPCA of Texas’ Russell H. Perry Pet Resource Center provides temporary support to pet owners in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex who are experiencing financial hardship and are at risk of having to surrender their pets. We provide the following types of support.
If you have any questions or need support for something other than our services, please contact us at helpmypet@spca.org
Humans don’t want to go hungry. Your pets don’t either! We can help provide food for your pets to make sure they get the nutrition they need during times of transition.
Let’s fix this! Spaying and neutering your pets can keep them happier and healthier longer. We offer high-quality spay-neuter services at low cost.
Veterinary expenses, especially veterinary emergencies, can be costly. We want to make sure that no pet owner has to surrender or say goodbye to their pet simply because they can’t afford care.
Getting settled into a new place can be expensive. And sometimes management changes can lead to costly new fees. SPCA of Texas can help with initial pet deposits, so fees don’t force you to surrender your furry family member.
