From Hoarded House to Happy Home

Six-month-old Cali was rescued from a hoarding case by our Animal Cruelty Investigations Unit in April of this year. Due to a deformity, she needed both eyes removed – but she was happy to have her discomfort resolved and adapted quickly to the change. We posted her all over our social media pages and her forever family soon came calling, falling in love with Cali almost instantly.

Below is an update from her loving family!
“Miss Cali is doing soooo well! She had her wellness check and eye sutures removed. She is such a sweet kitty and she loves to cuddle and to play (krinkle balls and anything on a string that makes noise or has catnip are her favorites). Her senses are so acute she even tried to catch a fly that buzzed past her one day. She is one amazing little kitty…”
