From 2016 through 2022, the SPCA of Texas collaborated with private funders, Spay Neuter Network and other animal-focused non-profit organizations to increase access to spay-neuter and improve public safety for key areas in Dallas. The Southern Dallas Initiative also provided pet education, pet resources and enhanced access to veterinary care for neighbors living in 23 Dallas zip codes.
