This week we want to give you a closer look at Bosco, courtesy of our friends at ReadingGlasses.com! Clearly, this long-term resident hasn’t found their forever home yet because the right person just hasn’t laid eyes on them yet!
Bosco is a staff favorite, not just because he’s pretty to look at, but because he has such a big personality! This goofy pup can make some of the silliest facial expressions we’ve ever seen on a dog. He’s a huge fan of treats of all kinds, and is eager to perform a perfect “sit” in order to earn one! He doesn’t have much training, but Bosco is so smart and very treat-motivated, so we’re confident that some structure and practice will help him learn plenty of new skills in his forever home.
Unfortunately, Bosco didn’t have the best start to life, but he’s determined to make up for it with years of happiness with his future family. Bosco loves chasing after balls…though he hasn’t quite caught on to the concept of fetch yet! He’s been dreaming all this time of a big yard where he can run, bounce, and play to his heart’s delight. Bosco would love a family with teenagers and adults who can keep up with his energy and work on his training. He’s definitely a ladies’ man and takes a bit more time to warm up to males, so he’d like at least one female in his family who he can bond with right away while he learns to trust the fellas.
If you’re looking for a fun pup to add to your family, considering learning more about Bosco here.
