It’s Spring Time…and that means we have LOTS of great dogs. In fact, we have 52% more dogs now than we did that the same time last year. What the woof?
Help clear a kennel at the shelter by fostering an eligible adult dog or pair of puppies! In exchange for helping an animal in need, generous donors are providing a $100 gift card (only one foster incentive per household). We are asking you to be adoption ambassadors to these sweet pups – help them find a loving fur-ever home by learning about their personalities and talking about them with friends and family! Dogs that are eligible for this incentive are adult dogs available for adoption and puppies to go in pairs of two or more while they await spay/neuter surgery.
Keep your foster dog for at least a 3-week period (or until adopted)
Share pictures and videos with the foster team twice during the foster period
Complete Foster Facts to tell us more about their personality at least once before their return.
Take eligible dogs to at least 1 mobile adoption event
Must be available for scheduled Meet & Greets with potential adopters
Follow all foster policies and procedures
Adult dogs available for adoption Puppies or mom and puppies (puppies must go in groups of 2 or more).
In addition to the feeling of awesomeness and lots of puppy kisses from the dog you select, you can get a $100 gift card for taking home one of these very special doggos! We will provide fosters with training, supplies, and take care of all needed veterinary care.
Email foster@spca.org with the name of the dog you are able to foster, your best options for pick up (between 10am-5pm daily), and mention the incentive program!
Complete our foster application and make sure to select the option for “2-4 weeks”.
