Luv is a 6-year-old female Cane Corso who came from a rough start and is now in need of a calm foster home where she can learn to feel safe, loved, and settled.
In shelter settings, Luv can be shy and timid, especially when first meeting new people, as the environment is loud and overwhelming for her. With patience and a gentle approach, she begins to soften and show her more relaxed side.
During fence greetings, she presents with a neutral body, wagging tail, and ears back—showing interest while still being unsure. In the yard, Luv does not engage in play but independently explores and sniffs her surroundings. She is tolerant of interaction and will give appropriate corrections when needed.
Luv would benefit greatly from a foster home that can offer structure, patience, and a quiet environment where she can decompress at her own pace. With time away from the stress of the shelter, she has strong potential to build confidence and continue learning to trust.
