Jacki Winges is a dedicated community advocate and volunteer with a strong passion for civic engagement and philanthropy. She has a deep passion for service, collaborative spirit, and unwavering love for all animals (big and small).

Jacki feels passionate about giving back to Dallas, demonstrated through her active volunteer work with the SPCA of Texas (Development Committee Member, Paws Cause Committee Member and 2026 Chair, Fur Ball Silent Auction Committee Member, and shelter volunteer), Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas (Community Board Member and volunteer), and Dallas Tennis Association (volunteer) where she teaches adaptive tennis to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities.

Professionally, Jacki has a background in retail management, having served as District Manager for Express Incorporated. In this role, she oversaw the Midwest District comprising 12 stores and directly ran one of the top-producing stores in the United States, the Mall of America location in Minnesota. At Express, Jacki managed more than 100 employees and was responsible for training and developing their career paths, a strong passion of hers. Her leadership and excellence were recognized with four President’s Council Awards along with numerous sales and training awards.
