Back in December 2017, we met an elf-eared pup named Dottie when she was transferred to us from another shelter. This cute mixed breed dog was quickly adopted but returned a few months later because she was too fearful to adapt to life in a home.
When she came back to us, Dottie was extremely shut down in the shelter, afraid of the world. Staff was concerned for her, until a foster family stepped up to take her in. These experienced fosters knew that Dottie needed space, patience and a whole lot of love from their wiggly pack of mutts.
Dottie is looking for a patient, loving adopter and a canine sibling or two to share her life with. Is that you? Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on adopting Dottie!
