We’re Thankful for our Group Experience Volunteers!

As you can probably tell, Jada is a huge fan of belly rubs.

ISN made and distributed delicious pupsicles for the shelter pups to enjoy, and made a new friend in the process! The team fell in love with Jada and generously offered to sponsor the care of Jada, one of our long-term residents. Jada is still available for adoption at the Jan Rees-Jones Animal Care Center in Dallas – learn more about her here!

Ernst & Young sent two different groups to volunteer at both our animal care centers on the same day! They brought their own supplies and made snuffle mats and pupsicles. We were thrilled to have groups helping out at two locations on the same day!

The Ritz-Carlton Dallas staff were bit by the volunteering bug at the K-9 Social hosted at the Live Oak Bar at Fearing’s Restaurant inside the Ritz-Carlton.  They came in and made pupsicles and were so happy to give back.

No matter how many times we clean and organize our storage areas upstairs, they inevitably get overwhelmed with clutter every few months. Our Special Events storage space was in desperate need of a deep clean, and Charles Schwab employees were there to get it done!

The staff from Guggenheim Partners came to work hard and that is exactly what they did! Cleaning out our storage containers at our McKinney location is no easy feat, but they happily embraced the task and really helped our staff with this huge project!

These guys are back again! We were so thrilled that RNDC started assembling the winter community cat habitats for us. These habitats will help free roaming cats survive the winter by providing them with a warm place to sleep. They even donated all the straw that was needed to make the habitats!

Lord Green Strategies came to organize, clean, make pupsicles and arrange adoption folders, but their staff fell in love with the very handsome Todd! They sponsored his adoption, and Todd has since found his forever home.
