Last week, Society member Syndi Reding arrived from Fort Worth with reinforcements for the SPCA of Texas Volunteer Sewing Team!
Syndi had heard from fellow Legacy member Donna Manning that the team was in need of fleece to make cats beds for our PetSmart cats and our Home For The Holidays adoption event at North Park. Not only did Syndi bring fleece blankets, she brought cleaning materials, bedding and two dog jackets!
After a tour of the Jan Rees-Jones Animal Care Center, led by Planned Giving Manager, Eunice Nicholson, Syndi spent time in the conference room with this awesome team, who were joined by another Legacy Society member, Nancy Schaefer!
Three cheers to the sewing team and to Syndi for doing so much good for our animals!!Legacy Society members really do know how to have fun!
