Victoria is an adventurous, fun-loving girl who’s always ready to play, but shelter life is bringing her down. The stress is getting to her—she’s fence-fighting with other dogs (even though she’s great when she actually meets them!) and just can’t relax in a kennel. On top of that, she’s battling a UTI that won’t heal in the shelter environment.
