Owen is struggling in the shelter, and it’s breaking her spirit. She loves to chase balls and romp around outside, but being stuck here has left her frustrated—leading to constant whining and barking at people and other dogs. It’s not that she’s a bad girl; she just doesn’t know how to cope in this stressful environment.
