Each week, we’ll share some details on a long-term resident that has been searching for their forever home for quite some time. This week, we want to tell you about Queen!
If the crown fits, wear it! Queen absolutely owns her name and her status as a volunteer favorite. She has many loyal subjects, and they all adore her big smile and floppy ears.
Queen is super playful. She loves to run around and goof off in the play yards, which she knows makes us all laugh.
Walks are Queen’s absolute favorite. She loves to sniff everything and explore new places. Last weekend, she got to go on a hike with one of her favorite humans, volunteer Eric!
Queen is looking for a home where she will be, well, the queen of your castle! She would prefer to be the only dog and would love to meet your kids. She hasn’t lived with any before, but she’s been very polite to the ones she has met so far!
If you want to learn more about Queen, click here. To make an appointment to meet Queen, please email foster@spca.org. Queen is eligible for a trial adoption, meaning you can take her home for a few weeks with all of our support and see if she fits into your home. If not, you just gave an awesome dog a nice break from the shelter! Call us at 214-742-7722 for more details.
