This week we want to give you a closer look at Roxie, courtesy of our friends over at ReadingGlasses.com! Clearly, this long-term resident hasn’t found their forever home yet because the right person just hasn’t laid eyes on them yet!
Roxie has been with us for quite a long time, despite her young age! This 11-month-old pup is active, playful and a little rambunctious, but we adore her for it. She just hasn’t been given the chance to succeed yet – with an owner willing to take the time to work on some basic puppy manners, she has the potential to be a very loyal and obedient dog. She is whip smart and very motivated by treats and toys!
She would love a home with a fenced-in yard where she can get all of her zoomies out. Her ideal human playmates would be 12 & up, so they can help her learn tricks to keep her busy and happy. She’d prefer to be the only pup, because she loves being the center of attention…but she’s willing to have a future doggie sibling if they hit it off!
Roxie is spayed and up-to-date on all vaccinations. To make an appointment to meet Roxie, please fill out an application at spca.org/dogadopt.
