This week we want to give you a closer look at Queen Vegeta, courtesy of our friends over at ReadingGlasses.com! Clearly, this long-term resident hasn’t found their forever home yet because the right person just hasn’t laid eyes on them yet!
Hear ye, hear ye! This future ruler of your household is a 5 ½ -year-old domestic shorthair cat with a big attitude and an even bigger purr. Her royal demands include a household free of children under 12, as all of her human servants should be mature enough to adequately respond to all of her highness’ needs.
Queen Vegeta’s favorite pastime is brushing, and will require frequent pampering sessions to ensure that she is the prettiest kitty in all the land. She would be happy to share her castle with other felines, but they must share her FeLV positive status. If you have never had a cat with Feline Leukemia Virus, our veterinary team will be happy to fill you in on what that means for Queen Vegeta.
This sassy cat will require a calm, quiet household – no chaos in her castle, please! She can take a bit of convincing to warm up to humans, but with patients, treats, and handy brush, Queen Vegeta can be coaxed into inviting you into her inner circle. With time to adjust, Queen Vegeta will make a wonderful addition to your home.
Queen Vegeta is a cat for a cat person. She isn’t going to jump in your lap and snuggle right away – you’ll have to earn her trust and let her come to you. Queen Vegeta is spayed and up-to-date on all vaccinations. To make an appointment to meet Queen Vegeta, please visit spca.org/adopt.
