This month, the SPCA of Texas is pooling resources with CUDDLY, Don’t Forget to Feed Me Pet Food Bank, Fort Worth Animal Care and Control, Rahr to the Rescue, and Saving Hope Animal Rescue to provide free pet food, vaccines, microchips, and more to pet families in Fort Worth. The goal is to keep pets healthy and keep them at home, with the families who love them.
The SPCA of Texas must find 40,000 pounds of pet food by December 8th so that the group can distribute it to families in need on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2022. All of the pet food stays right here locally in North Texas to help families in need to provide for their pet. The holiday season can be hard for some who might have lost their job or who are struggling financially. This is our way to help families provide for their pet without the worry of not being able to feed their pets.
