Join the SPCA of Texas for Bissell Empty the Shelters, December 6th-20th at our Jan Rees-Jones Animal Care Center, Ellis County Animal Care Center, and from foster. Adoption fees will be $25. This is not available for animals at NorthPark Center or PetSmart locations. The SPCA of Texas will receive $100 for every dog adopted and $50 for every cat.
