Borrow a Buddy said: Pip was a treat to spend the morning with! He was a little timid leaving the shelter but thrived as soon as he got out of the car . He spent the afternoon at a dog store and loved sniffing all the new smells, greeting new friends (he was besties with every adult and child he encountered) and even let us give him a mini bath. Afterwards, he spent several hours snuggling up on my couch and was as happy and content as could be! He didn't have any accidents and also, despite his age, was very calm and laid back all day, Pip was a perfect house guest and would be the perfect addition to any family!

FOSTER REASON: FOSTER REASON: I am being treated for heartworms and still need to be spayed, so I will need a calm home to relax in due to being under exercise restriction while undergoing treatment. This means I will need to be a couch potato and go for leash walks only! My foster family should also be comfortable bringing me to the SPCA of Texas periodically for vet visits.

Hi there my name is Pretty Boy, and yes I sure am! I am a 1-year-old pup with a sweet personality and a playful spirit. I am at a great age where I'm past the tiny puppy stage but still full of fun energy and curiosity about the world around me. I enjoy spending time with people and would love a home where I can be part of the family. Whether it's going for walks, playing with toys, or just relaxing nearby, I am happiest when I'm with my humans.
