He was completely focused. He walked, sniffed all the good stuff. Not everything, just those things that must have been special. I say that because he didn't sniff every blade of grass. It was nice to be able to stroll. He noticed humans and dogs but was for the most part oblivious. He walked well on the leash. He was aware of me and my location at all times. He paid attention to leash clues and followed simple commands that I wouldn't expect him to know necessarily. "This way", "stop" (before crossing the street) and he stayed still while I untied him before exiting the car. They call him a senior but he is far from showing an resemblance to a senior. He completely walked me under the table. I kept up but I was ready to quit before he showed any sign of needing a break. He showed off how well he could sit and was very gentle with taking treats. Douglas was rather chill with everything going on around him. Everyone stopped to say hi and he welcomed all of the pets! He also loved his pup cup after all of the excitement. He did very well on his first outing!""Douglas spent some time at a coffee shop and enjoyed being outdoors. He was very comfortable and decided to roll around on the ground. All he wanted were some belly rubs, it was super cute! Douglas is also motivated by treats. He sits when asked, waits patiently, takes treats very gently and even gave his paw.
