Borrowing a shelter dog gives a pup a chance to get a break from the shelter! You can bring a shelter dog on a fun outing on a hike, to an adoption event, to enjoy a pup cup, or to spend some time snuggling on your couch. Spend a little longer with them for a weekend getaway or slumber party! Borrow-a-Buddy also gives us the opportunity to learn more information about the pet that can be communicated to their future home. Average foster time is: a few hours, a day, or a weekend! Pickup for fosters who have been matched with a buddy will be available on Friday, June 16th from 4:30-5:30PM for fosters who want to have a sleepover with their Borrow A Buddy!
Pickup for fosters who have been matched with a buddy will be available on Saturday, June 17th from 9:30-10:30AM for fosters who want to head straight out to our scavenger hunt locations!
The Foster team will be waiting to greet you as you arrive for pickup. When you pick up your furry friend, you will receive a swag bag filled with a scavenger hunt map, food, poop bags, t-shirt, activities, and more!
Dropoff will be available on Saturday, June 17th from 3-5PM. Want to keep your buddy a little longer?
On Saturday, June 17th, put on your awesome new Borrow A Buddy t-shirt and head out with your foster pup to our featured locations from 11AM-3PM where you and your buddy can go on a scavenger hunt for golden paws! Golden Paws will be hidden at each location, find one (there will be three at each!) and win an incredible prize that you will pick up when you drop your Borrow A Buddy off! Plus, enjoy exclusive drink specials, take photos, mingle, and more!
