Despite her sparkly name and fun personality, Star is not used to the limelight and is getting stressed being surrounded by so many other dogs and people! When she gets to play with people and other dogs in small groups, she does fantastic but once the group gets too big she gets scared and will start to lose her star qualities. If she stays in the shelter and continues to get more stressed, she may end up regressing in her friendly-ness and start to be scared of new friends! Can you help her avoid the stress and keep Star’s happiness shining bright?
Star would do well in most homes, she doesn’t need much to thrive! If she had a well-socialized dog friend that would be awesome or she would love some one-on-one cuddle with her small foster family too. She can do just about anything!
If you are able to foster Star for a few days or longer, please email FOSTER@SPCA.ORG today!
