Erin Flugstad is a Partner in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting practice, specializing in technical accounting and financial reporting matters. Her areas of focus include IPOs, business combinations, financial instruments, lease accounting, and other public and private company financial statement and reporting issues. Prior to joining Connor Group, Erin’s experience included accounting advisory at Deloitte and Ernst & Young, as well as senior accounting policy and controllership roles in industry.

Erin was also a Postgraduate Technical Assistant with the Governmental Accounting Standards Board. Erin is a CPA in Illinois and Texas and graduated from Boston University.
