Meet Felicity, a quiet, tender-hearted girl who has been through so much. Despite all that she has been through, there’s always been a gentle spark inside her — and little by little, that spark is growing. ✨

With patience and kindness from staff and volunteers, Felicity has started to come out of her shell. Kennel stress is starting to take its toll, and what Felicity needs most right now is a calm, loving foster home to continue her progress. In a quiet home, Felicity will have the chance to truly relax, learn routines, and discover what it means to be safe and loved.
