Michelle is National Shelters Director for VCA Animal Hospitals. She has deep and broad experience in the veterinary industry and within the non-profit sector.

Michelle is skilled in program creation and building, business relationship management, customer service, strategic planning, team building, and customer-focused service with strong operations and communications experience.

She lives in Southlake with her family, which includes eight rescue cats–five of which came to the family as 2-week-old bottle babies, two from abuse situations and one as a feral who had kittens at the back of one of VCA’s hospitals in 10-degree weather. She believes strongly in working together for the love of animals.
