Brandi Ellis brings more than two decades of leadership experience in marketing and brand strategy, with a passion for innovation, community service, and meaningful connection. Known for her collaborative spirit and strategic mindset, Brandi approaches every challenge with curiosity and creativity – always asking “Why?” “What’s next?” and “How can we do this differently?”

A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Marketing, Brandi has built a career centered around consumer insight, creative development, and purposeful storytelling. But beyond the business of brands, she is deeply committed to giving back and using her voice to create positive impact.

Since 2017, Brandi and her husband, Rick, have served as a Big Couple for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Texas, mentoring local youth and advocating for opportunities that empower the next generation. In 2024, she was named an Ambassador for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation following her family’s personal journey with the disease. That same year, she joined the Board of Directors for the SPCA of Texas, bringing her dedication to animal welfare and rescue full circle.

Brandi and Rick live in Richardson, Texas, with their two rescue dogs, Trebek and Gordon—named for the late Alex Trebek and the indomitable Gordon Keith, both of whom reflect her love of learning and wit.
