This year’s event includes inaugural “Paws for Excellence” awards
DALLAS – The SPCA of Texas Young Professionals announce Paws Cause 2024, a casual, fun-filled evening raising funds to support the organization’s work caring for vulnerable animals in North Texas. The event will be Thursday, July 25, 2024, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Mata Hari House (1444 Oak Lawn Ave #112, Dallas 75207) in the Design District. Paws Cause 2024 will feature delicious food, libations, wine tastings by the Dallas Wine Girls and a silent auction. Puppies will be on hand for guests to hold and cuddle during the evening.
The SPCA of Texas Young Professionals is an emerging group of young leaders enlisted to raise awareness and funds for the most defenseless animals in our community.
“We are excited to include a special award opportunity in this year’s Paws Cause event,” said SPCA of Texas Young Professionals Chair Carlie Moe. “The ‘Paws for Excellence’ awards will honor animal welfare heroes—individuals, partners and organizations—that have made a significant difference in the lives of animals in North Texas. Nominations were open to the public and we received numerous entries for champions that have worked extremely hard to improve life for vulnerable animals in North Texas.”
Tickets for Paws Cause 2024 are $100 per person and can be purchased at https://tinyurl.com/bdh3ckjm.
