It Takes a Village – Helping Pet Families in Fort Worth

After two huge events in Dallas, organizations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area brought the successful model further west for the Fort Worth Pets Are Family event, providing a day of free food, supplies, and medical services to the community there on Saturday, December 10. Nine organizations, seven of whom are CUDDLY Pet Pantry partners, were onsite engaging with pet families, helping to ensure they have what they need to be successful. In total, 485 animals from 215 households received services and more than 16,000lbs of food were distributed.

This event was coordinated by CUDDLY(r) and included partner organizations SPCA of Texas, Spay Neuter Network, Operation Kindness, Don’t Forget to Feed Me Pet Food Bank, and Saving Hope Animal Rescue,  Fort Worth Animal Care and Control, RAHR to the Rescue, and JPMorgan Chase & Company Good Works Volunteers.
