Kimberly is only 2 months old—just a baby. She came to the shelter as a stray, with no time to learn that people can be kind. Because of this, she is unsocialized and terrified in the shelter environment. The noise, confinement, and constant stress have caused her to react out of pure fear, including attempting to bite when she feels threatened.
This is not aggression—this is a scared puppy who doesn’t understand what’s happening to her.
To make matters worse, Kimberly has ringworm, a completely curable and manageable skin infection. With proper care and a calm environment, ringworm clears up—but she cannot heal emotionally or physically in the shelter.
Kimberly desperately needs a patient, understanding foster who can give her space, safety, and time to decompress. A quiet home will allow her to learn that hands can be gentle and the world isn’t so scary.
If someone steps up for her NOW, this little girl has a real chance to grow into the happy puppy she was meant to be.
