Meet our girl Boo! Boo is a year-old mixed breed who originally came to us as a puppy and found herself back in our care as an adult. She can be a bit wary and unsure when you first meet her, but she warms up with time! Boo has had a hard time adjusting to the shelter life, the noise and constant change has taken a toll on her and she has started exhibiting signs of high kennel stress, such as mouthy and jumpy behaviors. Boo has gone thought a rocky road and to add on to it, she recently has shown signs of possible back leg pain which we have to treat with some exercise restrictions, this has made her stress a bit higher. She can participate in our playgroup sessions, and she has shown to coexist and be loose and friendly with other dogs. Boo really needs a foster to help her decompress and learn what real companionship and trust is, so if you can offer Boo the foster home she so desperately needs please email foster@spca.org.
