Bissell Pet Foundation is sponsoring reduced adoption fees at hundreds of shelters nationwide, including the SPCA of Texas! $25 adoption fees for adoptions of adult dogs and adult cats at our Dallas Animal Care Center and Ellis County Animal Care Center!
