Ringworm can be contagious to humans and pets through close contact, so a bathroom or another easy-to-clean space is perfect for keeping me separated while I recover. The shelter will provide everything-medication, cleaning supplies, extra bedding, and plenty of guidance. All I need is a little patience, some foster love, and someone willing to help me heal

I'm being treated for ringworm-a curable fungal infection that just needs some topical and oral medication. I'll heal much faster in a foster home than in the shelter! Ringworm can be contagious to humans and pets through close contact, so a bathroom or another easy-to-clean space is perfect for keeping me separated while I recover. The shelter will provide everything-medication, cleaning supplies, extra bedding, and plenty of guidance. All I need is a little patience, some foster love, and someone willing to help me heal!

Borrowa Buddy Notes Sasha is an absolute lover girl, the best! We went on a short trail where she hardly paid any mind to other humans walking by us, she did want to check out the other dog friends but did not bark or growl at them, just pulled a bit to see them. She enjoyed sniffing in the grass and watching the birds. Next we ventured downtown where she was allowed in a few shops and did great! She seems to have no issue being in indoor places, though she does want to explore things in her own way which leads to a little leash pulling, nothing that can't be worked on. Everyone who loved on her said she was such a sweet and beautiful dog (it's true). We even went to a brewery where she eventually laid down and let me read for a bit. Last stop was my backyard where she really shined! I fished out a kong toy for her to play with which she instantly lit up for. She loved to play fetch and had a great time rolling in the grass for minutes at a time. She settled nicely while we sat on the back patio and also received lots of pets, she is soooo soft. . She will be the best pup for someone looking for the sweetest dog ever.

Titan is a curious, sweet and great buddy for a hiking morning. He enjoyed walking and running at the trail, really challenging my pace while running. After a good workout we got a sweet treat, matcha for me and pup cup for Titan, he loved it!!
Then we spend time at the house, he is really curious and love sniffing everything he come across. Definitely he got some rest and felt so comfy at home. On the way back to drop him off, he fell asleep.
Love his company, definitely a different experience and I will do it again!

Pickles is a sweet, funny, cuddly, sassy little senior girl of 9 lbs. who enjoys being with adults and other dogs both large and small. She especially loves male humans! Her hearing and vision are a bit limited, but that doesn't stop her adventurous nature! She is currently in a foster home and has learned the layout of the house and the normal patterns of where to find her humans. Pickles rides well in the car in her pupseat and falls asleep pretty quickly. She snuggles into her crate by choice when she wants a change from her other bed or the couch. Pickles also enjoys the outdoors and sunbathing. She only barks to let you know she is hungry, needs to go potty, or wants up on the couch with you. If she needs to potty during the night, she will use a potty pad. Pickles is really a joyful little girl and is a wonderful companion!

Borrow a Buddy Notes: Zane is an angel boy! We started our day-trip with a 2.2 mile hike at cedar hill state park. He was a great hiking buddy, once he figured out the speed you wanted to go he settled into a nice step with you. He was a little wary of other strangers on the path, but was mostly just avoidant and wanted some space from them, no reactivity. He rested patiently during water breaks and crossed obstacles like bridges with no problems. I let him jump in a little pond at the end of the hike against the better judgement of my clean car, but he loved being in the water so much! Then we hopped in the car to visit a coffee shop. He is awesome in the car, looks around for a little and then settles down to lay, no whining, barking or growling, and stays in the back seat. He was good inside the coffee shop, seemed a little nervous to be in there but didn't do much about it. We went on the patio and he LOVED his whip cream pup cup. He settled down to lay and let me read my book for quite some time, not paying much attention to noisy cars or pedestrians that passed by. His personality really started to peek out after just a few hours together! His tail came up and he played a small game of chase with me in the city square. Zane is a great boy!
