Hi there, I'm Patches. I'm 4 years old, which basically means I've graduated from the chaotic puppy phase and earned my degree in "Certified Good Dog." I still love to play, but I also really understand the value of a good nap. My ideal home? Somewhere I can feel safe, loved, and included. Borrow a Buddy Said: Patches was thrilled to go for a run/walk and feel the cool breeze at White Rock Lake. We walked several miles, sat down for a picnic, and enjoyed a treat together. He was very polite to all the people we met throughout the day. After some initial excitement at the park, he eventually settled into walking comfortably beside me on the leash. Patches would be a great companion to explore the world with!

Theodore enjoyed our nature walk at 12 hills and did excellent on the leash! I was very impressed. He really opened up back at my apartment though, he is house trained and even asked permission before getting on the sofa. He was a major couch potato and loved laying his head on my lap while getting head and ear scratches. This guy adapted so fast, I'm confident he would thrive in any good home! We got a pup cup and he LOVED it! Riding back after we bonded he curled up in the front seat, again showing quick signs of growth right away. He has plenty of energy while outside walking but inside just wants to be your shadow.

We walked around Elmwood neighborhood, and she enjoyed discovering new sights, sounds and scents. She walked well on the leash overall, only pulling a few times when she got excited. When it started raining, we took a trip to Lowes, and Waffles was calm and polite inside the store. Afterwards we visited a coffee shop, where she settled down under the table, nuzzling my hand for pets. Waffles is a gentle and well-behaved pup."
