He loves treats and knows how to sit when asked. He did need some assistance getting in/out of the car, and rode very well and enjoyed sticking his head out the window. He was looked out the windows & was very curious about his trip. Pep walked well on leash and we took the lead on the hike so that a couple other dogs would follow. Then we explored the Bishop Arts District where he met lots of new people and politely received pets. He passed other dogs in very close surroundings and either ignored them or was curious, but very appropriate. He also did well with allowing children to come close and pet him. We went into a new pet shop where he had a pup cup that he really enjoyed! It was a really nice day out, but he started to tire of walking, so we went back to the shelter and greeted people entering the lobby for a little while before I took him back to his holding to rest. He was a very loving, great companion and will be a perfect couch potato for a family with or without other dogs and kids.
