“The SPCA of Texas successfully has participated in ‘Clear The Shelters’ since the program began in 2015,” said Senior Director of Lifesaving Initiatives Kelli Eaves, CAWA. “This year, our shelters are over capacity, and we are hoping that by offering beautiful, loving pets to adults in the public for free this weekend, we can make room for many more animals that also desperately need to find forever homes.”
