A Transformative Step Forward for Animals and Families

In October, the SPCA of Texas launched Care Unleashed, a thirty-one-million-dollar capital campaign that will expand and modernize our Dallas campus. This project will add more than thirty-nine thousand square feet of lifesaving space, including increased medical and surgical capacity, dedicated behavioral wellness areas, and an improved adoption experience for families. Once complete, this investment is expected to help us double the number of animals and families we serve each year.

This effort reflects your belief in building a community where every pet has a real chance to heal and thrive. Your support is creating a place where animals in crisis find safety, and where families can open their homes and hearts with confidence.

Rescues That Changed Lives

Your compassion powered lifesaving rescues throughout the year.

In Van Zandt County, you helped provide safety for sixteen small dogs living in dangerous and filthy conditions. Many were pregnant or suffering from parasites, fleas, and untreated health concerns. In Hunt County, your support made it possible to rescue a severely abused Pit Bull mix who arrived underweight and injured.

Because of you, these animals received medical care, comfort, and the opportunity to begin a healthier and happier chapter.

Strengthening the Bond Between People and Pets

Your generosity supported programs that reach deeply into North Texas communities.

You helped ensure that families continue to receive vital services. These included vaccine clinics at no cost, mobile adoption opportunities, cruelty investigations, and so much more.

You also helped honor local veterans by making pet adoptions free for military personnel on Veterans Day. This simple gesture helped create new connections and brought comfort to both people and pets.
