Clyde Needs You!

Clyde is a 5-year-old male cat who is feeling stressed in the shelter and urgently needs a calm, patient home where he can decompress. In the condo he remains on the cat tree with airplane ears and wide eyes, clearly unsure of his surroundings and showing signs of fear. He tolerates gentle interaction, such as being offered a toothbrush scratcher, but he isn’t yet leaning in or showing comfort. Staff have also noticed he is not taking his medication and has not shown interest in food offered to encourage him. Clyde is a sensitive, overwhelmed cat who would benefit greatly from a quiet, reassuring environment where he can feel safe and begin to open up at his own pace.
