DESCRIPTION:  \nJoin the SPCA of Texas for Bissell Empty the Shelters\, December 6th-20th at our Jan Rees-Jones Animal Care Center\, Ellis County Animal Care Center\, and from foster. Adoption fees will be $25. This is not available for animals at NorthPark Center or PetSmart locations.
