Kim has been in the mortgage industry for more than 32 years, working for companies that include Chase Home Mortgage, Transamerica, First American, Fannie Mae, Lord Green Real Estate Strategies, Mr. Cooper, and now Archer Systems as the VP of QSF Operations.

Kim was born in Atlanta, Georgia and had an immediate connection with animals as a young child. She has been involved in working with animals since her first job at Busch Gardens in Tampa, Florida while earning her degree at the University of Tampa. Kim was the Treasurer on the Board of Directors and volunteered for more than 9 years at Insync Exotics, a big cat rescue in Wylie, Texas. She has also served as president of her neighborhood HOA Board of Directors for more than 10 years.

Kim joined the SPCA of Texas to continue her volunteer/board work and make a difference in the lives of animals, helping them to find their forever homes.
