Lewis is a handsome 4-year-old neutered boy who came to us several months ago as part of a case. He has been through heartworm treatment and has also dealt with skin issues, but he is now recovering and ready for the comfort of a foster home.
Lewis is becoming increasingly stressed in the shelter. Staff have noticed that he sometimes stalls during walks and may display jumpy or mouthy behavior in his kennel. These behaviors are likely related to his stress, and a calm home environment would give him the opportunity to decompress, rest, and show more of his true personality.
Lewis urgently needs a patient foster who can provide him with structure, kindness, and a quiet place to recover. Helping him leave the kennel could make a tremendous difference in his well-being. Please help Lewis get the break he desperately needs.
