This Labor Day, the SPCA of Texas is marking the occasion with free adoptions for every dog and cat at the Jan Rees-Jones Animal Care Center. Hundreds of animals are there right now, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and ready to come home with someone who’s been thinking about this. We’re open noon to 6 p.m. daily, including Labor Day.
