ABOUT ME: Hi there, I'm Dually and I am an energetic and spunky Blue Heeler mix who is looking for my forever home! I have a lot of energy so I would love a home with an active lifestyle so that I can release my energy! I would love to go on long walks or have a backyard to run to my hearts desire! If I sound like your perfect companion, come on in and meet me!

FOSTER TESTIMONIAL: "We started our day at Cedar Hill State Park with a 2 mile hike through woods and prairie. He did great on the trails, leading the way. We met human adults and kids on the trail and he acted appropriately meeting everyone. When he met a group of kids, he sat down immediately inside the group and was given hugs and kisses--he soaked it all in. He also met a puppy and larger dog on the trail and greeted them appropriately, ready to play. After our hike, we went to Petco to get some grooming supplies--time on the trail can be dirty! He behaved well in the store and held still to be brushed and wiped down. We finished our day at Community Brewery, where we ordered beverages inside. With the promise of treats, he sat on command in line until it was our turn. Once we had our order, we trekked back outside and relaxed at a picnic table under a shade tree, He met more adults, kids, and dogs, and had positive interactions with all. He also was relaxed hanging out while we sipped beverages and ate. He enjoyed the car rides throughout the day, looking out the windows, sometimes napping. He jumped in on his own, and waited to jump out of the car after we said it was ok. Dually is a gem of a dog! "

KIDS: Sure! I do have a lot of energy so bring them in to meet me to make sure we're a good match!

DOGS: Playing with dogs is my FAVORITE! I am a very good boy and can respect calmer dogs, but I would really love to have an active playmate in my new home.
